Lost or Stolen Packages

VWB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. VWB is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
