Made-to-Order Products
All VWB products are made on demand, which means your order is produced specifically for you after it is placed.
Because each item is made to order, processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product, production facility, destination, shipping carrier, and order volume.
We do not guarantee specific processing or delivery dates.
During busy periods, holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, production and shipping may take longer than usual.
Order Disputes & Chargebacks
By placing an order, you acknowledge that VWB products are made on demand specifically for each customer.
If you have a question or concern regarding your order, please contact us at vwbstore@outlook.fr before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you and provide an update on your order status.
A chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically cancel an order that has already entered production or been shipped. Because made-to-order products are produced specifically for the customer, orders that have entered production may not be eligible for cancellation or refund solely because the customer has not yet received the order.
If a chargeback is initiated while an order is still being processed or in transit, VWB may provide the payment processor with relevant order information, including production status, shipping confirmation, tracking information, and communications related to the order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Available shipping options and rates may vary depending on the items in your order and your delivery destination.
Domestic Shipping
We offer shipping options to eligible domestic destinations. Since all products are made on demand, delivery times can vary and no specific delivery date is guaranteed.
Once your order has completed production, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations.
International shipping availability, costs, and delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method available at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other charges upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that customs processing may also affect the overall delivery time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.
Tracking information can be used to follow your package through the applicable shipping carrier.
Please note that tracking information may take some time to become active after your order has shipped.
Delays
Because VWB products are made on demand and shipped through third-party production and delivery partners, VWB cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
Shipping delays may occur due to production volume, carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Lost or Stolen Packages
VWB is not responsible for packages that are confirmed by the shipping carrier as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Upon request, VWB can provide available order and tracking information to assist with your investigation.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
VWB is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
Shipping Restrictions
We comply with applicable national and international shipping regulations and restrictions.
Certain products may not be available for shipment to certain destinations due to legal, logistical, or carrier restrictions.
If we are unable to fulfill an order due to a shipping restriction, we will contact you as soon as possible.
